2. Zero Data Collection Policy
Our foundational principle is absolute data minimization. We believe that the safest data is the data that is never collected.
- No Personal Data Collection: The Nest Tactics application does not collect, capture, store, or transmit any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, location data, or unique device serials.
- No Server Transmission: Since we do not collect your personal details, no such data is ever transmitted to our servers or stored on remote databases.
- No Advertising Identifiers: We do not access or use Advertising IDs (such as Google AD_ID) and do not implement ad-tracking frameworks.

3. Device Permissions & Storage
Nest Tactics operates strictly as an Android application. Any data generated or processed by the application is kept localized to your device.
- Local Execution: All tactical simulations, game progress, and application settings are handled natively on your Android device.
- Storage Permissions: The app may use local system storage to save your application preferences and configuration files. This data remains on your physical storage device and is inaccessible by our team.
- Permission Revocation: You can manage or revoke standard Android system permissions at any time through your device settings under Settings > Apps > Nest Tactics > Permissions.
4. COPPA & Children's Privacy
Our operations comply strictly with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and United Kingdom data laws.
Because the Nest Tactics application collects absolutely no personal information from any user, we do not, and cannot, knowingly collect or process personal data from children under the age of 13. If you believe any parental concerns exist, please note that the application does not feature interactive communication panels, social sharing elements, or dynamic online trackers.
5. Your Privacy Rights
We respect the legal rights of users globally under the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act), and UK Data Protection laws.
- Data Erasure: Since your application data is stored purely locally on your device, you have immediate control over it. Deleting or uninstalling the Nest Tactics application completely purges all associated local files, cache, and configurations.
- Access and Portability: Because we do not store your data on external servers, we cannot extract or deliver reports of your data. All active data is directly viewable inside the interface of the application on your device.

Since the application does not transmit your personal data over networks, the primary point of protection is the physical security of your own mobile device. We advise maintaining system updates for Android, using biometric or passcode locks, and avoiding third-party modified system states (rooting) to protect the integrity of local app storage.
